Introduction:

Welcome to Beyond Labels. By accessing the mental health and wellness services provided by us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. We encourage you to read them thoroughly, as they outline the framework of our professional relationship.

Services Provided:

Beyond Labels offers personalized therapy, counselling, mental healthcare, and wellness services designed to support your emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Our services are provided by qualified and supervised mental health professionals dedicated to evidence-based practices. 

Please note: Our services are not designed for psychiatric emergencies. If you are experiencing an immediate crisis or have thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Appointments:

  • Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by Beyond Labels.
  • Delivery: Sessions are conducted either in-person at our designated office in Hyderabad or virtually via secure online platforms, as agreed upon during booking. For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, secure environment.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.
  • Late Arrival Policy: Sessions will commence promptly at the scheduled time and conclude at the scheduled end time, regardless of client arrival time. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.
 

Confidentiality:

The privacy and confidentiality of your sessions are paramount. All information shared during therapy sessions will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.

  • Exceptions: Confidentiality may be breached only in specific circumstances where disclosure is legally required (e.g., court order) or where there is a clear and imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or identified others. These exceptions will be discussed in detail within your therapy contract.
 

Client Responsibility & Participation:

While Beyond Labels is committed to providing high-quality, empathetic mental health care, the outcomes of therapy and counselling are individual and may vary. We encourage and expect clients to actively participate in their treatment process, communicate openly with their therapist, and engage fully in the agreed-upon therapeutic work.

 

Code of Conduct:

To ensure a safe and respectful therapeutic environment for all:

  • Clients are expected to treat their therapists and Beyond Labels staff with respect, maintaining appropriate boundaries and respecting the privacy of others.
  • Any inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to the immediate termination of services.
  • Clients are expected to attend sessions sober and not under the influence of any mind-altering substances (alcohol, illicit drugs), as this can impede the therapeutic process.
 

Payment Terms:

  • Fees: Fees for all services are due at the time of service, or as otherwise specified in your individual therapy contract.
  • Methods: Payment can be made via the accepted methods communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • No Refunds: Beyond Labels generally operates on a no-refund policy for services already rendered.
 

Liability:

Beyond Labels is not responsible for any direct or indirect personal injury, loss, or damage (financial, emotional, or otherwise) resulting from the use of its services, unless directly caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of Beyond Labels or its employees.

Privacy Policy:

Your personal data and privacy are important to us. Information collected by Beyond Labels is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our separate Privacy Policy document for full details regarding data collection, usage, and protection.

Amendments:

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or best practices. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Telangana.
