We met as students 17 years ago. Strangely the thing that first connected us was food and of course then came psychology. Our discussions back then were filled with naivety and passion(something we look back at with a lot of fondness). When we re-connected after the pandemic, after we somewhat matured, we found that we had a lot of complementary skills that can be used to create something unique and nice. The hope is to create a well-structured , safe mental health space that caters to a wide range of people.

10+ years of experience in cognitive behaviour therapy. M.Phil. Clinical psychology (RCI recognized), Level 4 certification in TEAM CBT- practice, training and supervision from Feeling good Institute, California.

9+ years of experience. PhD in Psychology and trained in forms of therapy such as CBT and trauma therapy. Passionate about creating mental health awareness and relate well with individuals across their life span.

MSc in psychological research from the University of Edinburgh and an integrated MSc in health psychology from the University of Hyderabad.
Certified TEAM-CBT therapist, skilled in practical, evidence-based techniques to reshape thoughts and behaviours.

I work collaboratively with individuals to gain various perspectives that help them navigate life's challenges. Whether they are dealing with anxiety, managing stress, or working through family and relationship problems.My goal is to ensure that, as we work together, we provide you with a space to explore your thoughts and emotions in a setting that is entirely your own.
