Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Beyond Labels, we value your time and our professionals’ schedules. This policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Timely Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without incurring any penalty.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the full session cost.
  • No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without any prior notification (a “no-show”), the full session fee will be charged.

Refunds:

  • Beyond Labels Cancellations: Full refunds for services will be provided only in cases where a session is cancelled by Beyond Labels due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Pre-Paid Packages: Refunds for pre-paid packages are available exclusively if services are cancelled before the commencement of the first session within that package. Any applicable administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Services Rendered: Please note that generally, no refunds are issued for services that have already been rendered.

Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your session will still conclude at the original scheduled time. You will be charged for the full session, as the therapist reserves the full time slot for you.

Termination of Services:

Beyond Labels reserves the right to terminate a client relationship under various circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated failure to attend sessions or provide proper notice for cancellations.
  • Ongoing disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients.
  • If the therapeutic relationship is deemed unproductive or outside the scope of our professional expertise.
  • If safety concerns arise that cannot be adequately managed within our service framework.
