ABOUT BEYOND LABELS

The space we once yearned for ourselves.

Beyond Labels began with a simple conviction: that a person is always more than the words used to describe them.

WHY WE BEGAN

"We believe an individual is so much more than the labels they use to define themselves. We dream of creating the space we once yearned for ourselves."

— Manasa & Sushma, Founders

We met as therapists who kept noticing the same thing: how hard it was for people to find care that felt both rigorous and kind. Beyond Labels is our answer to that — a small practice where the standard of care is high and the room still feels human.

A truly safe space

Confidentiality isn't a policy here — it's the foundation everything else rests on.

Research-backed care

Evidence-based approaches, delivered with warmth rather than clinical distance.

Culturally sensitive

Therapy that understands Indian families, workplaces, and the weight of what others might say.

WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?

A collaborative process, not a quick fix.

Therapy is a conversation with structure behind it. You bring what’s happening; your therapist brings training, curiosity, and a method — and together you make sense of patterns that are hard to see from the inside. It isn’t advice, and it isn’t someone telling you what to do. Progress is usually gradual rather than dramatic: things become clearer, feel lighter, and choices you couldn’t see start to appear.

Some people come for a few sessions with something specific. Others stay longer, working through something older. Both are normal — and you decide the pace.

How we hold the work.

Qualified & registered

Our clinical psychologists are registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India.

Supervised practice

Our therapists work with supervision — the professional safeguard behind good care.

Standardised care

Shared processes, so the quality doesn’t depend on who you happen to see.
