What we offer
Psychotherapy, counselling, psychological assessment, supervision, and training — delivered online and in person in Hyderabad. Our therapists hold the qualifications listed on their individual profiles.
We are not an emergency service

Therapy is a collaborative process. We commit to professional, evidence-based care delivered with warmth. We cannot promise specific results, and nothing on this website should be read as such a promise.
Booking and payment
The intro call is free and requires no payment. Full sessions are charged at rates agreed with you before your session takes place. Payment may be taken online through this website or by a secure payment link, and is due before each session.
Cancellations and refunds

Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information when booking, attend at the agreed time, and let us know as early as you can if you can’t make it. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please make sure they know and agree.
Online sessions
For sessions held online, please join from a private space with a reliable connection. We can’t guarantee the security of the network you’re using, and a poor connection may mean a session has to be rescheduled.
Confidentiality
What you share in sessions is confidential, subject to the legal and professional exceptions your therapist will explain — including where there is a risk of serious harm to you or to someone else, or where disclosure is required by law.
