What we collect
When you book with us through this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. If you pay online, the payment is processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
Why we collect it
To arrange and confirm your appointment, to contact you about it, and to keep the records a therapy practice is required to keep. We ask for your consent when you book, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who can see it
Your booking details are visible to the therapist you book with and to the practice administrators. Appointment times are synced to your therapist’s professional calendar. We do not sell, share, or trade your information with anyone.
What we don’t do
We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to. We don’t use your information to advertise to you, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.
What you share in therapy
Anything you share in a session is confidential and is not part of this website’s data. It is held under professional confidentiality by your therapist, subject to the limited legal and ethical exceptions your therapist will explain to you.
How long we keep it
Booking and contact records are kept for three years, after which they are deleted. Clinical records are kept for as long as professional guidelines require.
Your rights
Under Indian data protection law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that’s wrong, ask us to delete it, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you become unable to.
To make any of these requests, email [EMAIL]. We’ll respond within 30 days.
If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your request, you may raise a grievance with us at the same address, and you have the right to escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
This site uses only the basic cookies needed for it to work, including for caching and security. No advertising or profiling cookies.
Third parties we rely on
Razorpay (payments), Google Calendar (appointment scheduling for our therapists), and our website host. Each processes only what is needed to provide that service, and none of them are given your clinical information.
Keeping it safe
We limit access to your booking information to the people who need it, use two-factor authentication on our accounts, and keep session notes outside this website entirely.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
