There’s no payment, so there’s nothing to refund. Cancel or reschedule any time — just let us know so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Rescheduling a paid session
If you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll move your session to another time at no cost.
Cancelling a paid session
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you’ll receive a full refund. With less notice than that, half the session fee is retained — your therapist has held that time for you.
Missed sessions
If you don’t attend and haven’t let us know, the session fee is retained.
If we need to cancel
If your therapist has to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered another time or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
How refunds are made
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 5–7 business days after we initiate the refund.
Exceptional circumstances
We know life is unpredictable, especially when you’re unwell. If something serious prevented you from attending, please talk to us — we’d rather be human about it than rigid.
